DeshTek Connect ("the Platform") is operated by DeshTek Technologies (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., registered in Bangalore, India. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

By creating an account on DeshTek Connect, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Account information: Name, email address, password (hashed), and role.

Broker-specific information: License number, state, brokerage name, LinkedIn URL, geographic focus, asset class specialties.

Investor criteria: Buying criteria you post. If posted anonymously, your identity is not shared with brokers.

Usage data: Pages visited, actions taken, timestamps — used to improve performance and detect fraud.

We use your information to operate and improve the platform, verify broker licenses, calculate match scores, send notifications, and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties or use your data for advertising purposes.

If you post your buying criteria anonymously, your name and contact details are not shown to brokers until you explicitly accept a pitch and choose to share your details.

We verify your license against publicly available state licensing registries, performed manually by our team, stored securely for verification and match-scoring purposes.

Your data is stored on Supabase-managed PostgreSQL infrastructure on AWS. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit, with row-level security policies restricting access.

We retain your account data while your account is active. Closed accounts have personal data deleted within 30 days. Transaction records may be retained up to 7 years for compliance.

You may access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Email info@godeshtek.com. We respond within 10 business days.
